why you need a Sunday!

A Sunday is from a lot of us people the fav day of the week, 

because the most of the people have free time and time for a lot things which they love 

today I will tell you why the Sunday is not only a day and why you should love this day too!

On a Sunday you can when you have the free time finally  make a relax day,

it is your day and time to chill, to read a book and time for doing nothing only relax , chill, relax 

I mean this is important always! Its always good to relax , your body , your mind need always a break , a break from some problems, from your boyfriend or girlfriend, from the school, from your work from some bad days in your life and this Sunday is always a great thing for some good things which you need right now!

A Sunday is for family and friends.... YES! you have so many work the rest of the week or your friends and family too but Sunday is the days where the most of the people have free time and you can meet people you love and you have missed the rest of the week!

A Sunday is the perfect day for my fav sweatpants day :)

You can wake up take your sweatpants used only a bb cream and finish! This is a perfect Sunday too , you can call the food service and watch a movie and eat a lot of pizza , ice cream and chill in your sweatpants of course you don't need to change your clothes and make your own pajama party  Sunday day :)

 A lot of people make a what I eat week and have every Sunday a cheat day .. I don't do it because I love food and I prefer to eat what my body need but when you do it a Sunday is always a good day for a cheap day too.

Sunday is perfect for planes , a new start in a new week !

before the Monday is knocking on your door you should do a I want list for your life and for the next week this day is a perfect day for some dreams and planes !
