I will always say a Hoodie !
Why ? for me hoodie is perfekt for every weather and you need it always trust me :)
A hoodie is perfekt for a lot of styles you can mix it with a short , overtness, heels, sneakers ...
A hoodies makes a look cool when you wear overtness and a hoodie you look more daily as when you wear a mini or hot pants ...
a hoodie is your best friend when you travel -when you tired, when its raining
 a hoodie helps you always !
