I hate it every morning too when I wake up and the night is over because at night I can not sleep and in the morning Im so tired ...
But what should you , that you will start your day easy and with a big smile ??!

Its super easy and gives you super power for the next part in the morning.
make something every morning which you really love , like a coffee, a fav. song, a walk with your dog ,watch your fav tv show and and ...
make a great breakfast !
which fruits , coffee, tea and some magazines.
open your window and look at the heaven and the sun and think positive ! You will have after this a great mind for the day.
when you night was really short , wear after this night your fav clothes and shoes it feels so much better !
And maybe make a morning run for only 10 minutes , you will have a great feeling for a hard long day!
